1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using services provided by BH Prestige Rental (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

BH Prestige Rental offers:

  • Self-Drive Luxury Rentals

  • Professional Chauffeur Services

  • Wedding & Event Transportation

  • Executive Business Transfers

  • Airport Transfers

  • VIP Travel Experiences

  • Long-Term Luxury Leasing

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations must be confirmed in advance.

  • Valid identification and payment method are required.

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Pricing is provided prior to confirmation.

  • Additional charges may apply for overtime, additional mileage, damage, cleaning fees, tolls, or traffic violations.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Driver Requirements (Self-Drive Rentals)

  • For self-drive rentals:

    • Drivers must be at least 25 years old (unless otherwise approved).

    • A valid driver’s license is required.

    • Proof of insurance may be required.

    • The renter is responsible for damages, violations, tolls, and penalties incurred during the rental period.

5. Chauffeur Services

  • Our chauffeurs are trained professionals.

  • Clients must treat drivers respectfully.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, or unlawful behavior inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.

  • The Company may terminate service immediately if safety is compromised.

6. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles are insured under comprehensive commercial insurance policies.

BH Prestige Rental is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

7. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe stated at booking.

  • Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • Wedding and event bookings may require non-refundable deposits.

8. Prohibited Use

Vehicles may NOT be used for:

  • Illegal activities

  • Racing or reckless driving

  • Subleasing

  • Transporting hazardous materials

  • Driving outside approved service areas without consent

Violation may result in termination of service and possible legal action.

9. Damage & Cleaning Policy

Clients are responsible for interior damage, excessive cleaning (spills, stains, smoke odors), and mechanical abuse caused by misuse. Repair and downtime costs may be charged accordingly.

10. Modifications

BH Prestige Rental reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
